Warranty terms and conditions

This warranty certificate certifies that Khaleea products meet the parameters and quality requirements according to the international standards corresponding to the class in which they belong. They benefit from a guarantee under the conditions of compliance with the prescribed rules of use. The commercial warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase. Products with manufacturing defects will only be exchanged if they have not been worn. The warranty does not cover products that show defects caused by knocks, neglect, wear or improper use, which are not related to defects in material or workmanship. According to law 449/2003, art. II paragraph 2, the buyer cannot ask for the replacement of the jewel because of the stones. Any repair to the products within the warranty period will be carried out free of charge or the product will be replaced, under the terms of OG no. 21/1992 revised, if it is confirmed that a defect in material or workmanship was the cause of such damage. If the jewelry cannot be repaired, at the buyer's option, the defective jewelry can be replaced with a similar model.

This guarantee certifies that the jewelry is made of 925 silver or 925 silver plated with 14K gold and does not change its properties when used properly. For jewelry with stones (diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, zirconium), if they fall, the manufacturer or seller will replace them, within a reasonable period of 15 working days. Service repairs for cases not covered by this warranty will be billed to the purchaser.

Precautions and recommendations

- We recommend that you protect the jewelry from shocks, open bracelets, earrings and necklaces delicately;
- Wear jewels encrusted with stones or pearls with care, as their mounting does not withstand mechanical shocks.
- Jewelry must be removed before taking a bath, washing dishes or before other similar activities where the jewelry would come into contact with water, detergents, cosmetic and chemical products. The skin's natural oil can help maintain the luster of pearls, but sweat acid can attack and discolor the mother-of-pearl.
- Pearls are kept separately in your jewelry box. Avoid storing them together with other jewelry or harder stones.
- Precious metal can lose its luster over time if it frequently comes into contact with external agents.
